My Idea is
We regularly send out forms to our clients — such as daily logs, JHAs, timesheets, and other documents — to keep them updated on project progress. However, I was wondering if there is a way to automatically generate and send a weekly summary report that consolidates key project information from the entire week.
Ideally, this report would include a summary of the submitted forms, notable activities or issues, crew information, and any relevant updates — all compiled into one easy-to-read report. This would help us provide a consistent, high-level overview to our clients without having to manually gather and format the data each time.
